We had to arrange for a monument without any local references, so visited several companies before picking Westchester Memorials, and are so glad we did. I had spent countless hours walking through Gate of Heaven Cemetery gathering ideas. Visited all the local companies and from the very first greeting I was not purchasing a monument elsewhere. I had gone to Westchester Memorials to add my fathers final date to a monument. Unfortunately the monument was made by another company nearby over 14 years prior. It was done in a timely fashion and matched perfectly for much less money. Very satisfied.

Joe and staff went above and beyond to help me with a stone for my family member. I was indecisive and he helped make the process go smoothly. He even rushed my order so it could meet the cemetery deadline before winter.

We ordered a Jewish foot stone for my sister in law in Sharon Gardens. Ray went out to our family plot to see for himself what kind of stone we need to order to match the existing ones. I insisted all stones must look the same. He also took care of the cemetery paperwork. Time frame was honored according to the contract and we were pleased to see the stone in its place during the unveiling.

It was a pleasure working with Westchester Memorials. They helped us create a stone that was for my parents and we didn’t know where to begin but the design, photo and writing came out better than I could have ever imagined. I received a computer generated proof via email just to let me know how the tomb stone will look and to double check everything before it was made. They were both so honest with their opinion and made it such an easy process overall. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you guys!

First of all, loosing a loved one is never, and should never be an easy process. With that said, Ray and his staff at Westchester Monument treated the passing of my mother as though she were one of their own family members. Their professionalism, demeanor and understanding during the entire process was phenomenal. It isn't often you leave a place with a family member's passing being the topic of discussion, then leave there feeling better than when you walked in. All though death is not a popular situation and or subject, I will recommend Westchester Memorials to any and all of my close friends and family members. I cannot find enough amazing things to say about Westchester Memorials. They handled the arrangements for the monument of my best friend and every detail was attended to flawlessly. The monument looked identical to how we designed it which provided an immense sense of closure. The display was beautiful and well-stocked. When I first met with Joe, I was utterly impressed with how he walked me through the monument display and explained the process carefully, meticulously and patiently.
